Elisha Lisath, DPT
I was born and raised in Southern California. After graduating from San Clemente High School I moved on to Northern Arizona University where I graduated with a degree in exercise science. I then decided it was time to return home, so I untended grad school at University of St. Augustine, San Marcos where I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I love my profession and it all stemmed from an ankle injury back when I was 13 years old and playing competitive volleyball.
Ernesto Solis, DPT
I earned my doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Utah, a journey that fueled my passion for helping others reclaim their active and meaningful lives. Originally from Murrieta, California, I’m proud to be an alumni of Murrieta Valley High School and Cal State University San Marcos, where I earned my bachelor of science in kinesiology. Sports have always been a huge part of my life. I enjoy everything from soccer to pickle ball. I’m also an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast. Guided by empathy and expertise, I find great fulfillment in assisting patients on their journey towards recovery and vitality. It’s my mission to make a positive impact, one patient at a time.

I owned my own private practice in the town of Ridgecrest California for 20 years before relocating to Murrieta in 2017. I’ve been married to my beautiful wife Melissa for 31 years. We have three grown children and two grandsons. When I’m not treating patients at Fast Track Fitness and Physical Therapy, I enjoy being outdoors with my wife and dogs, working on home improvement projects, and spending time at the beach.
