What times do you open and close?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm

Do you accept Insurance?

Fast Track accepts Medicare, Military, Workmans’ Compensation and most private insurances. Sorry, no HMOs.

What if I don’t have insurance?

There is a $100 fee for the initial evaluation and a $70 flat fee for each additional visit.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We try to schedule your first visit within three days or less from the time that you first contact us for an appointment.
